Elizabeth Flores

Elizabeth Flores serves as the Director of Programming at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC). Elizabeth oversees all aspects of events, business programs, and marketing campaigns for the chamber. She is dedicated to creating impactful ways to connect businesses, promote growth opportunities, and foster success within the Arizona small business community. With over 5 years of experience at the chamber, Elizabeth is always willing to lend a hand to new startups and entrepreneurs to reach their highest potential. 

Elizabeth is a proud first-generation student, recently obtaining her Master of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing degree from Grand Canyon University in October 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree, with a minor in Special Events Management from Arizona State University. Elizabeth is committed to the success of the chamber by collaborating with stakeholders to increase brand awareness and resources available to help members succeed.  

Outside her professional endeavors, Elizabeth enjoys trying out new things and exploring new restaurants or small shops. She is also passionate about traveling and learning about different cultures and their history. Elizabeth believes in the importance of cultural exchange to foster understanding and collaboration with others. She also enjoys spending time and going on walks with her pet dog, Sparky.
