Stephanie Soto

Stephanie Soto grew up on the border in Nogales, Arizona, and is a first-generation citizen who earned two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree from the University of Arizona. Her passion is being a public servant for the multicultural Arizona community.

Previously, she helped fund entrepreneurs who faced economic hardship due to COVID-19. She loves being involved in the community and was elected to be part of the “Greater Tucson Leadership Program.

As the Director of Operations at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Phoenix, Stephanie’s goals are to help the community and guide entrepreneurs.

As the new Director of Operations at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Phoenix, Arizona, Stephanie's goal is to help create strategic planning, branding, leadership skills, improving team performance and more for the organization to help meet AZHCC expectations. She is truly committed to ensuring all procedures in the AZHCC Team run smoothly and ensure efficient utilization of resources. When she is not at the AZHCC organization she likes to spend time with her loved ones, stay active, hike and loves watching desert sunsets. She says, “she is proud to be a Latina woman and wants to connect with her new multicultural Phoenix community.”
