Beth Banda

Beth Banda serves as the Events Manager at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC), where she oversees all aspects of signature events for the chamber. With a dedication to creating unique experiences, impactful connections, and promoting growth opportunities, Beth is committed to fostering success within the Arizona business community.  

Bringing over 8 years of experience from the tech space, Beth has a versatile background encompassing sales, operations, marketing, events management, and various leadership roles. She is an experienced results and people-focused leader who champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts that lead to measurable results.   

Originally from South Texas, Beth has embraced Arizona as her home for years. Alongside her role at AZHCC, she is an entrepreneur and owner of two small businesses. Beth is also a consultant specializing in DEI training for business leadership and their teams.  

As a member of the National Diversity Council and a long-standing member of AZHCC, Beth is deeply committed to the chamber's success. She collaborates with stakeholders to increase brand awareness and resources to help members thrive. 

Beyond her professional commitments, Beth is an avid musician, traveler, and foodie. She loves experiencing the world and learning about other cultures. On vacation, she will most likely be on a beach enjoying the sun and waves.
